Scott spent twelve years assisting Chef Willem DeGroot with the development and production of chocolate desserts and has fifteen years' experience as a chef, catering to both public and private venues. Works of art are enhanced with his skills in conservation picture framing. And as a semi-profressional magician, he has performed in restaurants, public schools and private parties.
